      What is Conveyancing?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      When a client is moving house, conveyancing is the legal transfer of property ownership from the seller to the buyer. For re-mortgages to a different lender, a charge over the property needs to be registered by a solicitor.<\/p>\n
